Project Synopsis:

Color selection plays a pivotal role in transforming commercial and residential spaces. For the Sofitel Hotel Staff Accommodation project in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai, Dresden Technical Services (in collaboration with Aati Contracts) provided a complete visual and functional refresh to the building’s apartments and common areas.

Using high-grade Jotun Paint shades in sophisticated greyish and warm yellowish tones, the team revitalized the apartments, dining facilities, recreational rooms, and gymnasium.

Scope of Work

• Internal Painting Works: Over 36,000 sq. meters of high-finish wall and ceiling painting across all apartments and public spaces.

• Common Area Refurbishment: Complete aesthetic upgrade for the community dining room, recreation room, and fitness center/gymnasium.

• Civil & Gypsum Modifications: Minor structural adjustments, ceiling repairs, and drywall finishes to support the new interior layouts.
