Dresden Technical Services was appointed to execute comprehensive renovation and refurbishment works aimed at modernizing patient environments and enhancing therapy infrastructure. The project seamlessly integrated high-end interior finishes, specialized flooring, and modern lighting while adhering to strict healthcare hygiene and safety standards.

Project Scope of Works:

1. VIP Patient Rooms & Lounge Upgrades:

   • Complete interior fitout including high-end wall paneling, aesthetic lighting, acoustic ceiling treatments, and premium flooring designed for maximum comfort and patient recovery.

2. Specialized Rehabilitation & Gym Refurbishment:

   • Full renovation of the physical therapy and rehabilitation gym space, incorporating durable impact-resistant flooring, integrated mirrored walls, and optimized spatial layout for advanced medical equipment.

3. Corridor & Common Area Renovation:

   • Upgraded medical-grade anti-bacterial flooring, modern ceiling fixtures, integrated wall protection handrails, and clean visual finishes across primary hallway zones.

4. MEP & Architectural Support Works:

   • Modifications to electrical, lighting, and HVAC systems to complement new architectural layouts and ensure full compliance with healthcare facility guidelines.
