Serving as a trusted sub-contractor for routine upgrades and maintenance across their active facilities, Team Dresden ensures high-quality execution with minimal operational downtime.

As part of this ongoing collaboration, we executed the fitout and electrical renovation for the Gymnasium at Senso Spa within Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Media City.

Scope of Work

• FR-Gypsum Wall Cladding: Installation of high-grade Fire-Rated (FR) gypsum wall cladding with a smooth paint finish for upgraded safety and aesthetics.

• Custom Mirror Installation: Supply and precise fitting of 6mm thick wall mirrors accented with elegant stainless steel (SS) chrome finished frames.

• Lighting & Electrical Package: Installation of modern LED panel lights featuring frosted glass cover panels to provide clear, energy-efficient illumination for workout areas.
