Nestled in the heart of Dubai’s bustling Al Quoz Industrial Area, Jumeirah Oasis Village serves as dedicated staff accommodation for the Jumeirah Group of Hotels, complete with essential living amenities and recreational facilities.

To align with the client’s vision of transforming and refreshing their living environments, Dresden Technical Services was awarded the large-scale repainting contract across all 27 blocks. Completed phase-wise over an 11-month timeline, this project represents our highest-volume painting assignment to date, covering a total surface area of 135,000 sq. meters.

Scope of Work

• Internal Painting Works: Execution of high-durability internal wall and ceiling painting covering 135,000 sq. meters across residential units and common areas.

• Phase-Wise Execution: Multi-stage planning and fast-track execution ensuring minimal disruption to resident staff over an 11-month schedule.

• Quality & Speed Management: Rigorous quality control standards maintained across complex, multi-coordinated trade workflows to meet strict timeline targets.
