Transforming classic, traditional interiors into modern design statements requires precise execution and high-grade finishing. For the Al Ain Rotana Hotel project in Al Ain, Dresden Technical Services (in partnership with Al Tayer Group) was entrusted with the complete refurbishment and upgrade of the hotel’s main lobby.

The project focused on updating key structural and aesthetic elements to achieve a seamless blend of modern function and luxury hospitality design, executed with strict attention to fine details and premium finishes.

Scope of Work

• Demolition Works: Controlled dismantling and removal of existing structures, finishes, and features to prepare the lobby space for new fitout elements.

• Civil Works: Structural adjustments, floor/wall surface preparation, and civil enhancements to align with the new architectural layout.

• Gypsum Package: Custom ceiling treatments, decorative drywall paneling, and architectural gypsum features tailored for a high-impact lobby entrance.
