As part of the Beach Suites Refurbishment at Sofitel The Palm, Dresden Technical Services proudly served as the specialized Demolition & Civil Sub-contractor in partnership with Aati Contracts.

Our team executed the core demolition package alongside structural engineering solutions and variation orders (VOs), delivering precise structural alterations accompanied by detailed design calculations to enhance safety, durability, and aesthetics.

Scope of Work

• Demolition Works: Controlled demolition and safe removal of existing Reinforced Concrete (RC) balustrades across the resort’s suite balconies.

• Civil & Structural Re-Construction: Precision construction of new Reinforced Concrete (RC) columns engineered to support updated architectural layouts and balcony upgrades.

• Engineering & Design Calculations: Provision of full structural design calculations and technical validation to ensure compliance with stringent safety and load requirements.
